"I got this liner for my…"
I got this liner for my SUV, and I wasn’t totally sure it was going to stay in place, especially with my dogs jumping in and out. But the backing grip is actually way better than I expected. It doesn’t slide around when the dogs get in or when I toss groceries in the back. Installation was easy too, though I did have to smooth one spot out twice because I thought I had messed it up. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it still hasn’t shifted. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Customer service did get back to me, but..."
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days and I had to send one follow-up first. Once they replied, they were polite and helpful enough. Compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with, the response time was a bit slower, but it wasn’t a terrible experience overall.

Most of my order was right, so that was good, but a few things were off. Not a huge deal, but still a little frustrating when you're expecting everything to be correct. Close, close, but not all the way there.

"Does the job, but fit could be better"
I mainly bought this to deal with mud and dog dirt in the back, and it’s been handy for that. It protects the carpet well and wipes down without much effort. The fit is decent, though it’s a little off in a few spots. For the price, I kind of expected it to be a bit better, but it works.

I placed my order and for a few days it just sat there saying it was processing. This is where it got annoying because I wasn’t sure if anything was actually happening. It did eventually go through and everything worked out, but I really wish the updates had come a little faster

The water beads up nicely and I haven’t noticed any leaks yet, so that part is good. I just felt kind of dismissed when I brought up my concerns, like they didn’t really want to hear me out. Hopefully it keeps holding up

I got a Canvasback liner for the cargo area since my dog is basically always back there after muddy walks. It fits really well and covers the spots that usually get scuffed up, which is exactly what I needed. Super easy to wipe down too. Took me a little bit to get it all in place, but it wasn’t hard or anything. Really happy with it so far, def worth it.

"Wipes off, but leaves a mark"
It wipes off easily, well, I mean, the surface stuff comes off without much trouble. But the stain still kind of lingers afterward, which is a bit frustrating.

My order showed up on time and everything inside was fine, so no major complaints there. I opened it at the kitchen table while my coffee was getting cold, and I just noticed the packaging felt a little flimsy for what I paid. Nothing was broken or scratched, but I expected it to be packed a bit more securely...

I ordered from canvasback.com and the fit was fine overall. The only thing is, I wish they had more color options. The ones available felt sorta basic and not really what I was hoping for. It’s not bad by any means, but if you’re picky about colors, it could be a little better

"Surprisingly Works Better Than I Expected"
I got this for my SUV, mostly because my lab’s hair has ruined my trust in anything that claims to be “easy to clean.” But this one has been a nice surprise. The hair barely sticks to it, and a quick shake or fast vacuum usually gets it looking clean again. I’m still a little skeptical because I’ve been let down by pet stuff before, but so far I’m happy with it.

"Looks great, options were a bit of a pain"
I really liked that I could pick the color, stitching, and add the extra pieces for my back seats. It made the mats feel like they were actually made for my car instead of some basic boring crap. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because figuring out all the options took me a minute, and I ended up double-checking everything like three times because I didn’t want to screw it up. Kind of annoying, but overall they came out really nice and fit exactly how I wanted.
